Shipping policy

We process and ship all orders from our home studio in Alabama. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be made and prepared before it ships.

Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout:

Economy Shipping: $5 flat rate — 5–8 business days
Priority Shipping: Calculated at checkout — 2–3 business days

Free economy shipping is available on all orders $50 and over, automatically applied at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Processing Times
All of our pieces are handmade to order by one person. We do our best to get every order out as quickly as possible, but please keep processing times in mind when ordering for a special occasion or gift. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us at mekzstudio@gmail.com before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been handed off. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us at mekzstudio@gmail.com and we will help as best we can.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
